You can request a withdrawal at any time and on any day, including weekends. The minimum withdrawal is UGX 5,000. Your first UGX 5,000 withdrawal becomes available after you have bought an eSIM and that eSIM is active and eligible for withdrawal. Friday is the weekly bank settlement day and has the lower settlement fee; the higher processing fee applies on other days. Withdrawals of UGX 100,000 or more require approved identity verification. Requests are sent for approval and payout timing depends on Mobile Money and bank processing.

When you buy an eSIM, you own it in the app and can find it in My eSIMs. When a user in another country requests an available eSIM, our backend connects them to it. If they rent your eSIM and make a payment, your share is credited to your VSIM Wallet.

Go to **My eSIMs**, select your active eSIM, tap **View QR Code**, and scan it using your device's cellular/mobile settings (`Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM`).

eSIM revenue is credited automatically for each eligible active package on business days. Banks do not settle on weekends, so revenue is not credited on Saturdays or Sundays.
